Inventory Control Management - Team Leader

Position Summary: The Inventory Control Management - Team Leader is responsible for the daily operations of the inventory control team. This role includes managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate records, coordinating with other departments, logistics and meet organizational goals. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring product availability with minimal delays, directly contributing to our overall availability targets.

Who you will report to: Inventory Control Management – Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Create order plan and issue purchase order to group companies.

Master management - Maintain and ensure master cost and products are up to date.

Logistics Operations

Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all logistics activities.

Manage and optimize logistics processes.

Track and ensure shipment arrives on time.

Coordination and Communication:

Collaborate and communicate with other departments (e.g., Sales, external warehouse) to ensure smooth operations.

Address and resolve inventory discrepancies or logistics issue in a timely manner.

Provide regular reports and updates to Inventory Control Management – Manager.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for improving inventory control processes.

Work with Inventory Control Management – Manager to Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

Monitor and analyze inventory metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

What we are looking for:

At least 4 years’ experience in Inventory planning and management in FMCG industry.

Experience in handling high amount of SKU.

Able to work independently in resolving issues promptly within a reasonable time frame.

Strong analytical skill, organized, proactive follow-up and efficient time management.

Detail oriented, results and process driven with a high level of responsibility.

Ability to communicate effectively within a multinational environment.

Great team player and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
