Job summary

A seafood processing company in Jurong is seeking an Inventory Admin Assistant to maintain inventory records, support stock reconciliation, and coordinate inventory flow. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and understand inventory management principles. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Job Title: Inventory Admin Assistant
Location: Jurong Food Hub
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm (5-day work week)
Salary Range: SGD 2,200 – SGD 2,800 per month (salary will commensurate according to experience)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Admin Assistant to support our inventory and seafood processing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, a good understanding of inventory management processes and systems, and a willingness to grow in a dynamic work environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update inventory records accurately using inventory management software and Excel.
  • Assist in daily stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
  • Monitor stock movement and highlight discrepancies or low stock levels.
  • Coordinate with procurement, coldroom, and operations teams for inventory flow and accuracy.
  • Generate regular inventory reports and assist with audits.
  • Support administrative tasks related to inventory and logistics.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas) & AutoCount software.
  • Good understanding of inventory management principles and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply.
