Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to help build our next‑generation, AI‑driven operations ecosystem. You will work on cutting‑edge anomaly detection, automated incident triage, and LLM‑powered internal tools. This role bridges the gap between traditional software engineering, DevOps, and advanced Artificial Intelligence.

Your Role

Key responsibilities

• ML Models: Enhance/build unsupervised ML models.
• Observability: Monitor live system metrics and route asynchronous triage alerts.
• Observability: Create and enhance real‑time visualization dashboards.
• AI Ops: Enhance agentic database chatbots.
• AI Ops: Generate natural language queries.

Internship Learning Outcomes

• Full‑Stack Observability: Learn skills in connecting complex backend APIs to interactive web applications, transforming raw telemetry into clear visual charts and metrics dashboards.
• Automated Triage Operations: Gain understanding of modern AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) and semantic search workflows for rapid incident resolution.

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Technical Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Foundational Knowledge: Familiarity with general observability concepts.
• Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of statistics and unsupervised machine learning.
• Scripting Skills: Basic proficiency in Python.
