Job summary

OCBC Bank is offering a Digital Finance Intern role in Singapore to gain hands-on experience with GenAI and AI Agents. You will evaluate AI Agents, engineer prompts, and assist in data governance to drive AI-enabled business solutions within a leading financial institution.

You will collaborate with finance professionals, technology specialists, and business stakeholders, gaining exposure to AI research, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives that shape the future of finance.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Strong interest in GenAI, AI Agents, and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-powered productivity tools.

Responsibilities

  • AI Agent Evaluation: support the assessment, testing, and evaluation of AI Agents to identify opportunities for enhancing business processes and productivity
  • Prompt Engineering: develop and refine prompts to optimise GenAI outputs for different business use cases and operational requirements
  • AI Documentation: assist in preparing documentation, user guides, process flows, and evaluation reports for AI-related initiatives
  • Data Management: support data preparation, organisation, and governance activities to improve data readiness and quality for AI consumption
  • Business Use Case Development: collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and prototype AI-driven solutions that address business challenges
  • AI Research & Innovation: conduct research on emerging AI technologies, agent orchestration capabilities, and industry developments to support innovation initiatives
  • Process Improvement: explore opportunities to automate workflows and improve efficiency through the application of GenAI and AI-powered tools
  • Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on digital transformation, innovation, and finance-related initiatives as assigned
