Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in policy, operations, or project management; candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support review and implementation of policies relating to submarine cable infrastructure and international connectivity.
• Coordinate resource planning and allocation to facilitate submarine cable deployment and operations.
• Evaluate submarine cable licence applications and support licensing processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, public sector agencies, and industry stakeholders to facilitate cable landing, deployment, maintenance, and repair.
• Conduct research on international developments and regulatory trends relating to submarine cable policies.
• Develop policy recommendations and operational improvements to strengthen international digital connectivity and infrastructure planning.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and stakeholder engagement materials to support policy implementation and decision-making.
