Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking an Intern for Security Planning to support BCM and Crisis Management initiatives. You will help administer BCM dashboards, analyze security data and assist with training and drills across departments and external stakeholders.

The role requires you to be a full-time matriculated student contributing to graduation requirements, with a focus on data analytics, Power BI, and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Data analytics experience or coursework is preferred.
• Experience creating and managing Power BI dashboards.
• Experience with automated workflows or RPA is a plus.
• Familiarity with system integration and troubleshooting activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, administration and coordination of BCM and Crisis Management efforts.
• Assist in updating BCM dashboards with accurate security data and trends.
• Help draft and review Emergency Response Plans and procedures.
• Coordinate training and drills with internal teams and external agencies.
• Provide admin support to the BCM team and prepare reports as needed.
• Contribute to other security operations tasks as directed by leadership.
