PhillipCapital SG is seeking a technically strong professional to support strategy development, software automation and data transformation in a fast-paced quant trading environment.

You will collect, curate and transform data, develop APIs and latency-sensitive software, and work across US, SG, MY and HK trading desks covering equities, FX, futures, warrants and options. A solid foundation in multiple programming languages is required.

Qualificações

• Degree required in IT/CS/Engineering/Math/Stats or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python and multiple programming languages.
• Experience in API development and streaming data concepts.
• Familiarity with financial instruments and order management concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technology support to the team in strategy development, software automation and optimization.
• Handle data collection, curation, cleaning and transformation.
• Develop latency-sensitive software and automate trading related tasks.
• Collaborate across regions (US, SG, MY, HK) covering equities, FX, futures, warrants and options.

Part of the scope covers data collection, curation, cleaning, transformation. You are expected to be self-driven and excel in software development that are sensitive to latency and speed. Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
• Ability to code in Python, C, C#, C++, LUA, FIX Protocol etc
• API development into counterparty venues
• Knowledge of web sockets, streaming data, order management concepts
• Experienced with Quant Strategy development is a plus
• Knowledge of financial instruments such as equities, derivatives, options and Exchange Traded Funds
