UNITED HAMPSHIRE US REIT MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time intern to assist the Head of Investor Relations and Sustainability, gaining exposure to IR, sustainability reporting, and communications.

The role involves updating website content, preparing quarterly reporting materials, coordinating for AGMs and investor outreach events, and designing marketing materials using Canva. Applicants should be in a business/finance-related degree with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Investor Relations and Sustainability in updating website content, the factsheet and social media channels.
• Prepare quarterly financial and investor reporting materials, including PowerPoint presentations, press releases and company announcements.
• Provide logistics support for non-deal road shows, results briefings, webinars and investor outreach events.
• Prepare the annual sustainability report and liaise with consultants and vendors.
• Prepare the REIT’s Annual Report, coordinating input from departments in Singapore and the U.S., liaising with the annual report vendor on specifications and timelines, and drafting and proofreading content.
• Preparing for and coordinating the Annual General Meeting (AGM), including liaising with AGM vendors, preparing presentation materials and managing post-AGM publications.
• Designing creative marketing materials using tools such as Canva.
• Handling other ad hoc requests and projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparing quarterly financial and investor reporting materials, including PowerPoint presentations, press releases and company announcements.

Requirements

• We are looking for a full-time intern from any year of study who is pursuing a degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance or a related field. We welcome applications from students with a strong interest in investor relations, research or sustainability within the listed REIT sector, together with a responsible work ethic and a positive attitude.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Experience with Canva is a plus.
