Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Singapore is inviting graduates to join a transformative strategy and transactions practice. You will work in teams on engagements across strategy, operations, due diligences or integrations, applying hypothesis-driven and data-driven methods to deliver client value.

As a graduate, you will support business development, contribute to thought leadership, and grow within a vibrant, collaborative culture that emphasizes development and growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a university degree related to Accountancy, Business, Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
• Demonstrated passion in related work via university projects, internships, conferences or self-study.

Responsibilities

• Work in teams on engagements across strategy, operations, due diligences or integrations/separations.
• Adopt a hypothesis-based, data-driven approach and communicate key findings to drive client results.
• Support leadership in business development activities including proposals and thought leadership.
• Participate in building EY-Parthenon and the broader Strategy and Transactions Practice.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Work in teams on engagements across topics such as strategy, operations, commercial due diligences or integrations/separations
• Adopt a hypothesis-based, data-driven approach in solving problems, communicating key findings and driving results for clients
• Support the leadership team in business development activities including the development of dicussion documents, proposals, and thought leadership
• Participate actively in the building of EY-Parthenon and broader Strategy and Transactions Practice

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Pursuing university degree related to Accountancy, Business, Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics with demonstrated interest.
• Demonstrated passion in related work with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze financial and non-financial information to formulate views and conclusions. This passion could be demonstrated via university projects, internships, conferences, self-study, etc.
