Job summary

Micron Technology in Singapore is seeking an intern to analyze cumulative error variation in staircase and chop etch processes, with exposure to dry etch, data visualization, and AI-enabled workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply statistical methods and develop control strategies for process improvement.

Qualifications

Pursuing degree in relevant engineering fields.
Experience with data analysis and statistics is desirable.
Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, JMP or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze manufacturing process and measurement data to identify factors contributing to cumulative error variation.
Apply statistical analysis and data visualization to evaluate relationships between process conditions and performance.
Develop potential control strategies to reduce cumulative error variation.
Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to improve process margins and inline stability.
