• Interactive Dashboard Development & Visualisation: Design, build, and maintain live interactive dashboards using corporate tools (e.g., Power BI) to track PON performance, pipeline metrics, and operational KPIs.
• Business Development & Deal Sourcing: Work directly with the PON team to conduct market mapping, research target sectors, identify prospective strategic partners, and actively source new business opportunities.
• Market Research & Pitch Support: Translate quantitative data and industry insights into actionable pitch decks, partner briefs, and strategic business proposals.

• Business Development & Deal Sourcing: Work directly with the PON team to conduct market mapping, research target sectors, identify prospective strategic partners, and actively source new business opportunities.
• Market Research & Pitch Support: Translate quantitative data and industry insights into actionable pitch decks, partner briefs, and strategic business proposals.

Learning Outcomes & Objectives

• End-to-End Visual Analytics: Gain hands-on experience in data extraction, data cleaning, and structuring clear executive dashboards for decision-making.
• Business Development Sourcing: Build foundational knowledge in deal pipeline management, lead generation strategies, market research, and partnership outreach within the PON space.
• Executive Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop high-level presentation and storytelling skills by presenting data-driven insights and partnership proposals directly to team leads and business stakeholders.

Prerequisites / Skills Required

• Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query)
• BI Tool familiarity (Microsoft Power BI)
• Basic knowledge of AI productivity software (especially the Google suite) is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM or inventory management software
• Strong research capabilities and curiosity for market trends
• Proactive mindset for lead sourcing and opportunity identification
• Interest in business expansion and partnership growth for the PON team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate raw numbers into compelling narratives
• High attention to detail, self-motivation, and collaborative spirit

Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics or a related discipline.

Additional Information / Requirements

• Student Status: Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at a recognized Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) in Singapore.
• Credit-Bearing & Graduation Requirement: The internship must be a compulsory, credit-bearing component of your academic program required for graduation.
• Duration & Availability: Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum period of 16 consecutive weeks.
