Cambridge Associates LLC is hiring a 6-month internship in our Singapore office for the Client Reporting Group (CRG). You will gain exposure to the investment industry through an operations-focused role, supporting performance reporting across multiple asset classes with mentors guiding you throughout the program.

The internship features an orientation and training program, a structured mentorship pairing with a Client Reporting Analyst, and collaboration across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year students with a record of high academic achievement.
• Eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship or restriction.
• Attention to detail and experience reconciling data across multiple sources.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with investment teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; multi-project capability.
• Proactive, customer-service oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude and impact mindset.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Interest in investment operations, asset classes, and AI-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports for multiple client assignments.
• Input data into a proprietary database and ensure high accuracy through quality checks.
• Reconcile and track money movements within client portfolios with internal/external parties.
• Compare product returns to benchmarks and document variances.
• Communicate requests related to performance, benchmarks, and asset allocation to teams.
• Collaborate with other operations groups to complete report preparation tasks.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and provide professional service.
• Participate in broader department initiatives and process improvement projects.
