Modhome is seeking an Interior Sales Designer to guide homeowners through the renovation journey, from initial consultation to final design approval. You’ll present bespoke furniture solutions, understand clients’ lifestyles, and develop 3D concepts using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

The role requires strong client communication in English and Mandarin, a passion for design, and the ability to turn ideas into tailored spaces. A commission and performance bonus structure enhance the base package.

Formación

• Passion for interior design and custom furniture.
• Strong sense of space, proportion, colours, and materials.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Confident communicator with clients.
• English and Mandarin fluency to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
• Proactive, positive, and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients at showroom and present our custom furniture and design solutions.
• Understand clients lifestyle, space planning, and design preferences.
• Develop layout concepts and 3D designs using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Present design ideas and recommend materials, finishes, and furniture.
• Prepare quotations based on requirements and materials.
• Guide clients through design process from concept to confirmation.
• Follow up with clients and convert proposals into confirmed projects.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
