Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum degree certification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and manage projects to meet contract period and budget.
• Coordinate and attend client and consultant meetings for design confirmation and smooth execution.
• Handle other tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Lead meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure design and execution within contract and budget.
• Reply to emails from all stakeholders and keep supervisors in the loop.
• Draft emails to request information and report project details to relevant parties.
• Ensure subcontractors and suppliers perform within their quoted scope and budget.
• Propose design requests within budget and client/company requirements.
