Job description

Responsibilities

• Involvement in marketing / winning work, to present and sell design proposals to Client.
• Lead design documentation and material selections and work closely with suppliers to execute the design construction.
• Ensure that project assignments are completed within the given deadline.
• Provide necessary presentation materials such as PowerPoint presentation slides and presentation packages to present and sell creative solutions to client.
• Ensure all design changes and solutions are well implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation.
• Deliver assigned projects in accordance with customer specifications and Company policies/standards.
• Ensure that project schedule and budget are adhered to.
• Manage and maintain Client relationship.
• Collate and evaluate Client’s feedback and highlight Client’s complaints for Management analysis.
• Communicate with various levels of people spanning from customer, the engineering team, Company Management, Contractors up to Vendors.
• Handle the tasks of drawing and rendering work by using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max and Photoshop/Illustrator for each assigned project.
• Supervise Designers and submit respective projects.
• Other ad hoc duties required by Superior.
