Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced interior designer for private residential developments, working with property developers. The role is based in Bukit Merah and requires design-driven work for high-end homes.

Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and teams, resolving technical design issues, and producing 3D sketches and construction drawings while managing budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture/Interior Design.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop and MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design driven with experience in residential and/or hospitality projects.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants to bring design concepts to life.
• Ability to resolve technical issues in line with the project's design intent.
• Creative thinking to develop new ideas, space planning, design development, and produce SketchUp 3D and construction drawing.
• Manage budget and deadlines on projects.
