Job summary

A design firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual for a role in interior design. The position requires a degree in Interior Design with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing project execution while engaging various stakeholders. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in interior design.
  • Experience in retail shop design and layout preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure drawings comply with authority requirements.
  • Manage project planning, implementation, and completion.
  • Conduct technical meetings with clients and contractors.

  • Controls and manages issuances of changes and documents to ensure consistent quality.
  • Contribute to the Organization operational and management system.
  • Responsible for the overall planning, implementation and completion of projects within specified cost, time and quality.
  • Always maintains compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Plays an active role in contributing to the organisation’s continuous improvement initiatives.
  • To conduct technical meetings with the Client, Consultants and Contractor for on-site issues and progress.
