Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in designing corporate office projects.
• Competence in Autocad, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel, and other design software.
• Creative conceptual design ability.

Responsibilities

• Obtain client’s requirement and conduct site surveys.
• Develop design and detailed drawings.
• Prepare design presentations including colour schemes and material boards.
• Source competitive quotes, materials, and samples.
• Prepare construction specifications and design documentation.
• Update changes and ensure distribution to respective parties.
• Participate in site meetings and inspections.

• Update changes and ensure distribution to respective parties
• Participate in site meeting / site & defect inspection

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma / Degree in Interior Design
• Min 3 years’ experience in designing corporate office projects
• Competent in Autocad, Photoshop, Powerpoint , Excel and any other design software
• Creative conceptual design ability
• Skilled in space planning / conceptual design /interior detailing
• Strong in co-ordination & technical drawing
• Good team player and proactive
