Job summary

RAFFLES EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled interior designer to formulate space planning, develop concepts, and produce 3D perspective drawings and construction documents. You will prepare design presentations, materials boards, and construction specifications while liaising with clients and project teams.

The role requires independent work and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet schedules, with a strong understanding of materials and building codes in a Singapore context.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of construction materials and building codes.
• Ability to multi-task and meet project schedules.
• Capability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Form space planning, concept development and interior design conceptualisation
• Generate 3D Computerised perspective drawings and construction detail drawings
• Prepare design presentations (design intent, colour scheme and material board)
• Prepare Construction Specifications / Design Documentation / Material selection
• Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants and project managers on all project matters
