Job summary

A leading interior design firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced designer to create innovative corporate office projects. You'll be involved from site surveys to final design documentation and presentations. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Interior Design, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in design software like Autocad and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years’ experience in designing corporate office projects.
• Competent in various design software.
• Skilled in space planning, conceptual design, and interior detailing.

Responsibilities

• Obtain client’s requirement & site survey.
• Develop design / detailed drawings.
• Participate in site meeting / site & defect inspection.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Obtain client’s requirement & site survey
• Develop design / detailed drawings
• Prepare design presentation (eg. colour scheme and material board)
• Source competitive quote/materials / samples
• Prepare Construction Specification / Design Documentation
• Update changes and ensure distribution to respective parties
• Participate in site meeting / site & defect inspection

Abilities, Skills & Knowledge (ASK)

• Min Diploma / Degree in Interior Design
• Min 2 years’ experience in designing corporate office projects
• Competent in Autocad, Photoshop, Powerpoint , Excel and any other design software
• Creative conceptual design ability
• Skilled in space planning / conceptual design /interior detailing
• Strong in co-ordination & technical drawing
• Good team player and proactive
• Good communication skill for client management & presentation
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior role.
