Interior Designer (Commercial)

Responsibilities

• Obtain client's requirement & site survey
• Ability to develop conceptual design
• Provide detail drawings and specification for construction.
• Prepare design presentation (eg. colour scheme and material board)
• Source competitive quote/materials / samples
• Update changes and ensure distribution to respective parties
• Participate in site meeting / site & defect inspection

Abilities, Skills & Knowledge

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design
• Experience in commercial and corporate interior design
• Competent in SketchUp, Autocad, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel and any other design software
• Innovative and extensive design skill
