Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Interior Sales Designer for landed house projects at Ang Mo Kio. The role involves creating interior and detail drawings, and delivering high-quality design services to clients while coordinating with contractors.

You will prepare quotations for personal sales, liaise with clients, and propose design ideas. Proficiency in CAD and 3D Studio Max is required, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in residential projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design.
• 2-3 years working experience in HDB flats, condos and commercial locations preferred.
• Well-versed in interior detailing work and joinery details.
• Knowledge of 3D illustration and Photoshop is advantageous.
• Able to draft freehand and illustrate concepts.

Interior Sales Designer (Landed house projects)

1. Salary: $3000 (Basic) + Commission




2. 5 days, 9.30am-6.30pm; May be required to work Saturday depending on workload or by appointment

Job scope:

• To produce interior and details drawing




• To provide high quality design work and other related services




• To be able to do quotation for personal sales




• To liaise with clients and contractors




• Able to propose design and ideasforclients




• Able to produce the CAD drawing, 3D Studio Max and etc. for projects
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design




• 2-3 years working experience in HDB flat, condo and commercial is preferred




• Well-verse in Interior detailing work, joinery work, other interior finishing detail




• Knowledge of 3D computer illustration and Photo Shop is advantageous




• Able to work and illustrate or draft freehand
