Job summary

ZHONG QI FUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Interior Designer to translate client requirements into innovative spaces for residential, commercial, and hotel projects. You will develop concepts, space planning layouts, and 3D renderings while producing construction drawings.

You will coordinate closely with engineers and contractors to meet project schedules and budgets. A strong design portfolio is required, and immediate availability is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior design for residential, commercial or hotel projects.
• Proficient in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or Revit.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, 3D visualization, and construction drawings.
• Portfolio is required.
• Immediate start or short notice availability preferred.

Interior Designer

Salary: $3,000 - $4,800 (Based on Experience)

Location: Eunos

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements

• Prepare space planning layouts, concept boards, and design presentations

• Produce 3D renderings and detailed construction drawings

• Handle residential, commercial, and/or hospitality interior projects

• Follow up on project schedules, budgets, and delivery requirements

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and construction teams

• Review site progress and ensure works align with approved designs

• Manage design revisions and project documentation

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in interior design

• Experience with residential, commercial, or hotel projects

• Proficient in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or Revit

• Strong knowledge of space planning, 3D visualization, and construction drawings

• Able to coordinate design requirements with technical and construction teams

• Good project coordination and time-management skills

• Design portfolio is required

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
