Job summary

A leading architecture firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled architect to handle projects from concept to handover. Responsibilities include creating detailed plans and mentoring junior staff. Candidates must have a recognized qualification in Architecture or Interior Design, relevant experience in healthcare or hospitality projects, and strong design and presentation skills. Proficiency in Photoshop, Sketch Up, and 3D rendering software is essential. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in healthcare or hospitality or Mixed-Use Development projects will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of completing deliverables to a high standard.
• Ability to support liaison with Clients and extract briefing information.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handles projects from concept to handover
• Creates and prepares detailed plans, specifications and layout
• Able to work closely with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and relevant authorities
• Able to present to clients on design, materials, drawings progress and layout
• Able to mentor and guide junior staff and a team player

Requirements

• Recognized professional qualification in Architecture and/or Interior Design
• Relevant experience in healthcare or hospitality or Mixed-Use Development projects will be an added advantage
• Proven track record of completing deliverables to a high standard
• FF&E Knowledge or experience is essential
• Conceptualise and render 3D perspectives, generate layout plans
• Strong design and presentation skills
• Strong in narrative & story telling Ability to support liaison with Clients and extract briefing information
• Competent in Photoshop and Sketch Up. Will be an advantage if competent with 3D rendering softwares i.e. 3D Max or Viz & Lumion
