We’re seeking enthusiastic partners to help us shape the future of design. High Earning Commissions. Easily Achievable Annual Incentives. Fully guided by senior/Superior and Leads are provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive consistent and reliable sales revenue
• Research design concepts and prepare detailed quotations for client meetings
• Develop practical and innovative design ideas to present to clients
• Create and manage schedules to coordinate and oversee sub‑contractors and suppliers
• Supervise projects and negotiate costs effectively
• Ensure proper documentation is prepared and submitted to relevant authorities
• Provide support to the directors as needed

Job Requirements

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Commission Based Sales / Property Industry / related field is required for this position.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates).
• Persons specialized / has qualifications in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent. (preferred)
• Attentive & keen learner.
• Able to work independently & in teams.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Good working attitude, self‑motivated and hardworking.

Proficiency

• Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp & Photoshop (preferred)
• Industry knowledge (training provided)
