Job summary

PROGETTO PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites an energetic showroom sales professional to promote interior design services and guide clients through design proposals.

You will respond to inquiries, coordinate with logistics and project teams, and ensure a smooth sales cycle from inquiry to delivery while reading Mandarin for supplier invoices. This role requires excellent communication, a customer-first mindset, and at least 3 years of related experience; start ASAP.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell interior design services at showroom and promote offerings.
• Respond to customer queries and follow up promptly.
• Engage customers by understanding expectations and presenting design proposals.
• Support customers on product selection related to interior design.
• Liaise with logistics, procurement, project teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate site progress with the project manager and oversee the design process.
• Apply industry trends and business sense to grow the company.
• Collaborate with design team to produce client design works.

Job description

• Sales duties at showroom, inclusive of promoting interior design services
• Respond and follow up with customers’ queries in a polite and friendly manner
• Engage customers by understanding their expectations and presenting them with design proposals
• Manage the whole sales cycle, such as providing support to customers on product selection, with regards to interior design
• Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders such as logistics, procurement, project teams and sub-contractors
• Coordinate site progress with project manager. Responsible for the entire design process
• Apply latest industry trends and business acumen for growth of the company
• Work with design team to produce design works for clients
