Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in interior design or related fields preferred.
• Candidates without qualifications may still apply.
• Passion for interior design, renovation, and space planning.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to understand renovation needs and lifestyle requirements
• Provide design consultation, space planning, and renovation advice
• Prepare design proposals and quotations based on client requirements
• Present design concepts using mood boards, layouts, or drawings
• Manage renovation projects from design proposal to project completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Conduct site visits and supervise renovation progress
• Ensure projects are completed on time and according to design expectations
• Respond to client inquiries professionally and maintain strong relationships
