Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Interior Designer to join our team at Ubi, Singapore. This role focuses on design and planning, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring projects stay within contract period and budget.

You will engage with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution, reply to project emails, and report progress to superiors. A minimum degree and 2 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree certification required.
• At least 2 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Ability to manage design, planning and project coordination within budget.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and manage projects to meet contract period and budget.
• Coordinate and attend client and consultant meetings for design confirmation and smooth execution.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Manage meetings with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion under contract.
• Reply to emails from all parties and keep supervisor in the loop.
• Prepare emails requesting or reporting project information and keep supervisor informed.
• Ensure sub-contractors and suppliers stay within quoted scope and budget.
