Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Interior Designer to create interior design concepts for commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects. You will conceptualize innovative ID concepts, prepare mood boards and material palettes, and present them to clients for procurement discussions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial and hospitality projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe etc.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
• Service oriented with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Leadership qualities with strong project management skills.
• Able to work as part of a team independently and collaboratively.
• Able to work under pressure with urgency to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative and functional interior design concepts for various commercial, hospitality or mixed-use projects.
• Conceptualise innovative ID concepts and provide strong presentation skills.
• Present design concepts, mood boards and material palettes to aid in procurement discussions with clients.
• Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures.
• Attend meetings and conduct site visits to ensure quality control and smooth project progression.
• Work collaboratively with team members of the architectural and landscape teams and clients to implement the project’s design.
