Job summary

A leading interior design firm in Singapore is seeking an Interior Design Executive to enhance their commercial project offerings. The selected professional will manage project proposals, client presentations, and site coordination. Ideal candidates will possess 2-4 years of interior design experience, with a strong technical background in detailing and commercial renovation. This role offers a competitive salary range of $3000 to $3500, depending on experience. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of interior design experience, preferably in commercial or F&B settings.
• At least 2 years of on-site coordination experience.
• Strong in technical detailing, especially elevations and carpentry drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotations, material selections, and pricing breakdowns for commercial projects.

What you'll be doing?

Prepare proposals: Develop quotations, material selections, and pricing breakdowns for commercial projects.

Client presentations: Assist in client meetings and deal closures, presenting proposals and updates.

Site coordination: Conduct site visits, liaise with contractors, and ensure project progress.

Design drafting: Create detailed layout plans, elevations, and 3D visualisations for client approval.

Technical drawings: Produce technical and shop drawings for carpentry and joinery works.

Project management: Oversee on-site progress, report to the Director, and ensure compliance.

Documentation: Handle safety, SFA, PUB, and submission forms as needed.

Who are they looking for?
