Job Highlights

• Develop and prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD (floor plans, elevations, joinery details, sections) for interior design projects.
• Translate design concepts, sketches and specifications into accurate working drawings.
• Ensure drawings are compliant with company drawing standards, building regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with design team, project managers and site contractors to clarify design intent and resolve drawing issues.
• Maintain drawing databases and version control; issue revisions as required.
• Assist with space planning, furniture layout, material call-outs and as-built documentation when required.
• For freelance/contract: Deliver drawings within agreed timelines, meet milestone targets, and provide flexibility in scheduling.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team or site conditions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting or related field (for junior/full-time). For freelance, demonstrable experience with similar drawing roles is acceptable.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D); knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with interior joinery, construction details, material finishes is a strong advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills; comfortable liaising with design and site teams.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• For full-time junior: 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• For freelance/contract: Ability to work independently, self-manage time and deliverables.
