About the Role

This hybrid role combines creative design advisory, high-touch client experience, and sales performance responsibilities. You will be the client’s design partner from first enquiry to project confirmation, ensuring both design excellence and strong sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Client Advisory
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle through consultations.
  • Develop mood boards, layout proposals, material palettes, and design concepts.
  • Deliver persuasive design presentations that clearly communicate value.
  • Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and contractors throughout project stages.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure alignment with design intent and quality.
  • Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Sales & Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries with timely, polished communication.
  • Conduct discovery calls, nurture leads, and qualify potential clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and scope-of-work documents.
  • Guide clients through decision‑making and effectively address objections.
  • Manage follow‑ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Track sales performance and collaborate with leadership on improvements.
  • Build long‑term relationships that support referrals and repeat engagements.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
  • 2‑3 years of interior design or sales‑consulting experience (luxury interior preferred).
  • Strong aesthetic sense and proficiency in design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Coohom, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and client‑handling skills.
  • Confident in sales conversations and value explanation.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
  • Passion for interior design and creating elevated client experiences.
