As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Interior Design Assistant to support our design team in delivering thoughtful, high-quality spaces for our clients.

✨ What You’ll Do

As our Interior Design Assistant, you will support our Lead Designer or/and Director throughout the entire project lifecycle:

Design & Concept Development
  • Assist in preparing mood boards, material palettes, and design concepts.
  • Help create 2D drawings and 3D visualization walkthroughs.
  • Research materials, furniture, finishes, and design trends.
Project Coordination
  • Support Lead Designer or Director with site measurements, site photos and documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and vendors on samples, pricing, and lead times.
  • Help prepare project quotations, presentations, and client meeting materials.
Operational & Administrative Tasks
  • Organize and update project folders, schedules, and design databases.
  • Assist in ordering materials and managing sample catalogues.
  • Support general day‑to‑day tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the design team.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (fresh grads welcomed).
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
  • Passionate about interior design with good aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
