Your Role

• Brief and explain to contractors the proposed design intents and finishes
• Prepare high standards of 3D and AutoCAD Drawings, Material Boards
• Prepare schedule of finishes and project management schedules
• Prepare and compile costing for building and interior works
• Ensure quality and a high level of customer satisfaction
• Attend all design consultations and site meetings

Job Requirements

• Must possess skills in the following Computer-Aided Software Skills: Autodesk AutoCAD & Adobe Photoshop
• It is good to have the following skillset in Autodesk 3D Max, SketchUp, Vray
• Highly motivated, confident, and eloquent with good interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
• Experience in designing residential and hospitality projects
• Good communication skills
