Job summary

A leading HR consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Finance & HR Admin for a 1-year contract role. This position involves supporting finance operations, including manual data processing and vendor payments, alongside light HR administration tasks. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in finance or HR administration. The role offers a salary range of $2,800 - $3,500 and requires proficiency in finance processes and ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Finance / HR administration.
  • Basic understanding of finance processes such as invoice and PO/GRN matching.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual matching and verification of Purchase Orders and supplier invoices.
  • Assist in preparing vendor payment schedules and creating Sales Orders.
  • Support HR tasks such as maintaining records and handling pantry orders.
