Job summary

HOLLYSYS (ASIA PACIFIC) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a fresh graduate to assist in coordinating interface works with dedicated System-Wide Contractors (SWCs) and to support ISCS interface activities under the guidance of senior engineers.

The role includes documenting interface discussions and collaborating with software teams during testing. You will participate in technical sessions with customers and engineers, and learn to prepare interface documents (ICD, IDD, test procedures).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required in a relevant engineering/IT field.
• Open to fresh graduates; internship or FYP related to railway, IoT, or system integration is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interface works with System-Wide Contractors (SWCs).
• Serve as contact for ISCS interface activities under guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in technical sessions with customers and SWCs to document discussions.
• Collaborate with software team to track development progress and support ISCS software testing.
• Prepare interface documents (ICD, IDD, test procedures).
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on system design and interface issues.
• Perform multiple roles as assigned by Project Manager.
• Attend on-site testing, troubleshooting and deployment as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating interface works with dedicated SWC (System-Wide Contractors) systems.

• Support the team as a point of contact for ISCS interface activities under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Participate in technical sessions with customers, consultants, and SWCs to understand and document system interface discussions.

• Work closely with the software development team to track technical development progress and support the delivery of ISCS software for testing.

• Follow up on and learn to prepare interface-related documents, such as ICD, IDD, test procedures, etc.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on system design, software interface related issues, etc.

• Undertake multiple roles and tasks as assigned by Project Manager

• Perform shift work and on-site activities such as testing, troubleshooting and deployment when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates; relevant internship experience or a Final Year Project (FYP) related to railway, IoT, or system integration is a strong plus.
• Basic understanding or a strong interest in the constraints and interface requirements of civil, electrical, and mechanical works.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Highly responsible, eager to learn, and self-driven.
