Job summary

The role emphasizes monitoring patients, reporting changes promptly, adhering to infection control procedures, and collaborating with doctors and allied health staff to ensure safe, continuous care.

• Deliver appropriate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU based on assessed patient needs and established care plans.
• Contribute clinical nursing knowledge and expertise as part of the ICU healthcare team.
• Monitor patients' conditions, recognise and report changes promptly, and escalating concerns in accordance with clinical protocols and scope of practice.
• Maintain safe nursing practices and comply with applicable infection control procedures, clinical standards and institutional policies.
