An excellent Senior Integration & Solution Engineer opportunity has just arisen at a global technology leader driving impactful digital services.

Job Purpose:

Deliver scalable integration and CRM solutions while guiding teams through design, development, and deployment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution design, proof‑of‑concepts, and deployment activities for project delivery.
• Provide Salesforce, MuleSoft, SharePoint and cloud guidance during discussions and technical decision‑making sessions.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions and implementation tasks.
• Oversee code quality, reduce technical debt, and establish development and review best practices.
• Support feature onboarding, integrations, and capability development to strengthen overall team expertise.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree with around five years’ experience delivering IT solution designs.
• Strong background in CRM or integration platforms such as Salesforce or MuleSoft.
• Salesforce Developer certification required; MuleSoft or Architect certifications advantageous.
• Experience supporting large‑scale or government digital projects will be a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
