Insurance Specialist [ General Insurance / In-branch ]

Insurance Specialist - General Insurance

Working days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)

Location: Redhill

Basic Salary: $2700 - $3000

Responsibilities

• Handle counter, email, and phone enquiries for all classes of general insurance.
• Provide quotations and process applications, renewals, cancellations, and extensions for motor and general insurance.
• Issue insurance documents and ensure compliance with GIAS and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide prompt support in spoken and written form.
• Conduct telemarketing and marketing campaigns to promote insurance products.
• Cross-sell general insurance products to existing and potential clients.
• Perform daily branch operations including transaction checks and payment terminal reconciliation.
• Assist in administrative tasks and ad‑hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Based in branch/outlet to handle walk‑in customers.
• Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent (BCP & PGI modules).
• Familiar with general insurance products and GIAS regulations.
