Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in insurance or consulting industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze market trends, regulatory updates, and industry best practices.
• Support data analysis tasks to identify insights for client reports.
• Collaborate with consultants to prepare presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Assist in gathering and organizing client data to support modeling and decision-making.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate meeting schedules and minutes.
• Build and maintain a repository of resources, templates, and research materials.
• Document case studies and success stories from client engagements.
• Work with actuarial, regulatory, and technology teams on project tasks.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for client challenges.
