Salary Range: $1,000 - $3,000 (fixed salary) + commission
Work Location: near Novena MRT.

Job Scope

• Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their insurance and financial needs.
• Provide professional advice on suitable insurance products and coverage options.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.
• Perform follow‑up calls and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews to ensure clients’ coverage aligns with their evolving needs.
• Assist clients with policy applications and ensure all documentation is accurately completed.
• Stay updated with industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance objectives.

Requirements

• Current License Agent who wish to transfer to a new team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
• Proactive and self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Basic knowledge of financial and insurance products is a plus but not mandatory.
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo relevant training and obtain necessary insurance certifications/licenses.
