Overview

Instructor Assistant (Logistic management - Eunos)

Responsibilities
  • Receive goods and stocks, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain and track par levels of materials and products.
  • Manage stock replenishment, ensuring timely restocking to prevent shortages.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Organize and maintain a systematic storage area for raw materials and finished products.
  • Handle order fulfillment and packaging for online sales platforms.
  • Manage customer inquiries and feedback from online stores.
  • Track sales performance and inventory levels for online products.
  • Assist in listing new products, promotions, and updating content on e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist in planning and executing pop-up booths, roadshows, and corporate events.
  • Coordinate logistics for event setup, transport, and stock allocation.
  • Support merchandising, sales, and promotional activities during events.
  • Ensure proper documentation of event sales and inventory movement.
  • Work closely with the Production Team, Supervisor, C&P and Admin & Ops Team.
  • Liaise with external vendors, corporate partners, and logistics providers.
  • Provide regular reports on inventory, sales performance, and event outcomes.
Job Requirements
  • At least possess G.C.E N Level
  • Experience in logistics and inventory management (e.g., stock-taking, order fulfillment).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada) for online sales coordination.
  • Ability to track and manage par levels of goods and restock when needed.
  • Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory tracking tools.
  • Willingness to cover other classes and take on ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Able to support special events, pop-up booths, and training initiatives.
