Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone to be part of the foundation of the company that makes the company tick.

You will work directly with the heads of departments to coordinate installation and troubleshooting requirements.

What you will do

• Follow a daily schedule to complete installation and servicing tasks efficiently
• Ensure that installations are up to company standards and expectations
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure stocks are sufficient for daily operations
• Document installation and servicing activity

We are looking for:

• Class 3 driving license
• Enjoys hands-on work and experimenting with different hardware/software
• Proficient in network understanding (Lan, RJ11 etc. connections, IP address etc.)
• Sufficient understanding of installations and setup (eg. drilling, connecting cables/wires for setup etc.)
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or other network familiarity (eg. CCTV) would be a valuable bonus
