Qualifications

Job description

Job Summary

Responsible for advisory services to purchaser or purchaser’s erection contractors. The aim is to ensure technical correctness or erection work performed by third parties, and that the work is completed in accordance to company’s Quality standard; and the Environmental, Health and Safety standard.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide advice and technical support to purchaser or their contractor in their efforts as the following;
• Organizing, planning and executing erection activities related to the equipment without taking over the cost or schedule responsibility
• Assist with material identification against erection documents
• Provide expertise in compliance with quality and equipment specifications
• Checking the correct availability of erection documents, tools or special tools
• Witness the Quality records and the As-Built documents as following company standards
• Responsible for recording and reporting deviations from company standards specified in respective documentation, and/or events of not following the recommendations or standards provided by the company
• Obeys to applicable Field Service instruction and project or site regulation
• Constantly monitor, investigate and take remedial action of all work variances, deviations, non-conformance, extra work, claims in order to minimize cost impact to the company

Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from a local or internationally recognized university is essential
• Essential is 4 years’ experience in site construction execution especially Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG)
• Experience in site construction execution specifically within a combine cycle power plant is essential to the success of this role is essential
• A key requirement is familiarity of standards such as ISO 9001;2015 and ASME code 31.1 and as well as site Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Policies
• Completed formal internal training in power plant construction and engineeringAbility to demonstrate excellent communication skills as this role requires to partner with internal and external stakeholder
• Ability to work in multinational environment
