Qualifications

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execution of day-to-day issues on restructuring and insolvency projects
• Liaison with stakeholders, creditors and other advisors
• Assist in preparation of letters, notices, reports and presentation slides
• Reconstruction of (complex) accounting records from incomplete information
• Adjudication of creditors’ claims
• Undertaking investigative work for the benefit of recovering assets for the insolvent estate
• Attending meetings and assist in preparation of minutes of meetings
• Undertaking company analysis, including financial modelling if required
• Attending to statutory and compliance matters
• Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
• Candidates with 1 year of audit experience in PAC firms and keen to specialize in Insolvency & Restructuring may apply
• 3 years of working experiences as above will be considered for Senior position
• Able to work independently and in a team, to manage the project and meet project deadlines
• Strong business acumen and logical thinking and analytical skills
• Good written and spoken English and interpersonal skills
