Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Sales Support
- Conduct outreach through calls, virtual or physical meetings, and email to introduce products or services.
- Manage client follow-ups to nurture leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and service agreements in line with company standards.
2. Account Management & Client Retention
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely service delivery.
- Understand client requirements, propose tailored solutions, and manage renewals or upselling opportunities.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and service satisfaction.
3. Commercial Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate client and opportunity records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to support management decisions.
- Ensure pricing, contracts, and service documentation comply with company policies.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams (sales, corporate secretarial, payroll, accounting, audit) to coordinate service delivery.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives to enhance client engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or commercial operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Mandarin proficiency is is vital to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
