Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Sales Support

  • Conduct outreach through calls, virtual or physical meetings, and email to introduce products or services.
  • Manage client follow-ups to nurture leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and service agreements in line with company standards.

2. Account Management & Client Retention

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely service delivery.
  • Understand client requirements, propose tailored solutions, and manage renewals or upselling opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and service satisfaction.

3. Commercial Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate client and opportunity records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to support management decisions.
  • Ensure pricing, contracts, and service documentation comply with company policies.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams (sales, corporate secretarial, payroll, accounting, audit) to coordinate service delivery.
  • Support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives to enhance client engagement and retention.
