Job Summary

You will assist the sales team by generating new business leads through calling manufacturing contacts to introduce the company’s products and services. This role focuses on lead generation without direct selling or closing.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to manufacturing contacts to introduce the company’s products and services and generate new sales leads
• Record and update lead information accurately to support the sales team’s follow-up efforts
• Collaborate with sales team members to ensure smooth lead handover and communication
• Maintain professional and clear communication to represent the company positively during calls
• Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE “O” levels or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on calls to engage potential leads

Other Information

• Industry: Manufacturing
• Working hours: 8.15am – 5.30pm, 5 days per week
• Remuneration: Up to $3000 + Incentive: Up to $800 monthly (Depending on experience)
• Location: Lavender (10 minutes’ walk from MRT)
