A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Singapore. You will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, building relationships, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate has a diploma, relevant sales experience, and is bilingual in English and Mandarin. This permanent role offers a gross salary of up to $7000, including performance bonuses.

• Position: Inside Sales Representative (COLD CALLING/ IT Hardware Products) - ALL WELCOME
• Location: Joo Chiat Road (Nearest MRT - Marine Parade MRT)
• Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross $7000 (Basic up to $4500 + Quarter Commission) + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: SALE OF COMPUTER HARDWARE/ SOFTWARE

Main Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to assigned customers to reach sales goals.
• Provide customers with alternative bran products for EOL parts.
• Serve as primary contact between all sales channels, customers and internal department.
• Creatively solve problems to achieve sales and customers objectives.
• Develop and report competitive information on market conditions, account potential, industry trends and sales strategies.
• Effectively profile target accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
• Travel local and abroad to meet key customers face to face as needed.
• Perform other jobs duties as assigned.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
• Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
• Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business.
• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
• Track and report on the status of proposal components.
• Conduct ongoing market research.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma.
• Candidates with relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
