A leading aerospace solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle, from proposal preparation to order processing. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma and have at least 2 years of sales experience in a related industry. Strong customer relationship skills and ability to develop competitive proposals are essential. This role offers opportunities for engagement in a dynamic sector with potential for career growth.
Manage the full sales cycle, from preparing proposals to processing orders.
Develop and oversee customer quotes, providing clear, competitive proposals customized to their needs.
Ensure all quotes align with customer specifications.
Identify appropriate product solutions, source suppliers, and input contract prices into the ERP system.
Proactively recommend alternative solutions and potential upsell opportunities.
Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to optimize business potential.
Notify customers promptly about delivery delays that could impact their supply chain.
Escalate ongoing customer concerns to the Business Development Manager or Sales Director.
Share customer forecasts and restocking suggestions with the purchasing department or product manager.
Assist team members during peak workloads as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Keep the customer contact database current and accurate.
Possess a Diploma with at least 2 years of sales experience in a related industry.
