Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to handle cold calling and sales inquiries in Singapore. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in logistics. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and maintaining customer records. Qualifications

Inside Sales Executive (Indoor Sales Assistant / Logistics & Freight)

Working Days: 5.5 days (Saturday WFH)

Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm / 9.00am - 12.00pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Cold Calling
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for clients
  • Assist the sales team in maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and convert leads into confirmed shipments
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth handling of shipments
  • Maintain sales reports and documentation for internal trackingSupport marketing activities such as email campaigns, sales materials, or events
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of logistics services (e.g. freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing)
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Levels / Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant sales or customer service experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
