Inside Sales Executive (Indoor Sales Assistant / Logistics & Freight)
Working Days: 5.5 days (Saturday WFH)
Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm / 9.00am - 12.00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for clients
- Assist the sales team in maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and convert leads into confirmed shipments
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth handling of shipments
- Maintain sales reports and documentation for internal trackingSupport marketing activities such as email campaigns, sales materials, or events
- Maintain strong product knowledge of logistics services (e.g. freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing)
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Levels / Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant sales or customer service experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
